As part of the Youth Unite project’s first research phase, all partners have successfully implemented focus groups to explore the current landscape of youth work in Europe. Between January and February, focus groups were carried out in Greece, France, Poland, Italy, and Lithuania, engaging approximately 30 youth workers in each country.
The discussions provided valuable insights into current practices, challenges, and needs in the youth work sector. These findings will now inform the next stages of the project, helping shape resources and training that truly reflect the realities and priorities of youth professionals across Europe.
