Capacity building for youth workers

A comprehensive curriculum based on Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) designed to empower youth workers with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to create inclusive spaces that promote social cohesion, mutual respect, and youth agency. A series of certified training sessions ensures that youth workers validate their skills and acquire the capabilities to mentor youth in addressing societal issues such as migrant integration.

Youth-led community projects

Community projects co-designed by youth workers and youth, guiding them to navigate their social environment, identify instances of inequality, and take constructive action within their communities. These projects serve as the practical application of the IBL curriculum, allowing youth workers to practice the skills they have acquired and empowering youth to become leaders and changemakers.

Engagement with local NGOs and communities

Partnering with a network of local NGOs, migrant youth, and other community members aims to develop a peer-support system that strengthens community ties and empowers youth and youth workers to implement youth-led community projects that effectively address local needs, amplifying the impact of their activities.
